We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral
arrangements and quality gift items that recipient is sure to
enjoy. If you or the person receiving your gift are not 100%
satisfied, we will have your gift replaced. Please note that we
can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased
from flower-india.in
Refunds
- In case of
cancellation of order by customer, must inform flower-india.in
at least 24 hours before delivery day.
- In case of refund
for delivered orders items must be return in original condition,
unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket if any.
- The amount would be
refunded online to the same credit card/debit card/ bank account
that was used for the initial transaction in 6-7 working days.
We cannot accept returns of opened
items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more
than 1 days after delivery.
Replaces
Within 1 days of delivery of a
shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased
from flower-india.in for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you
must inform us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in
transit
We cannot accept returns of opened
items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more
than 2 days after delivery.
